Download page for Nvidia Graphics Driver 378.05.05.05f01 for macOS Sierra 10.12.4. 2nd update for build 16E195. (** See below for later f02 driver **)
Info from the April 11, 2017 dated download page (same as usual except for version number(s):
"New in Release 378.05.05.05f01:
Graphics driver updated for macOS Sierra 10.12.4 (16E195)
Contains performance improvements and bug fixes for a wide range of applications.
Includes NVIDIA Driver Manager preference pane.
Includes BETA support for iMac and MacBook Pro systems with NVIDIA graphics
Release Notes Archive: (some older Mac Pros can't install Sierra)
This driver update is for Mac Pro 5,1 (2010), Mac Pro 4,1 (2009) & Mac Pro 3,1 (2008) users.
(Mac Pro 5,1 is also ID for 2012 model. 2009 Mac Pro can run Sierra with the unofficial EFI 5,1 update.)
BETA support is for iMac 14,2 / 14,3 (2013), iMac 13,1 / 13,2 (2012) and MacBook Pro 11,3 (2013), MacBook Pro 10,1 (2012), and MacBook Pro 9,1 (2012) users."
(I don't have any way to test this, but last week Nvidia said that Mac Drivers with Pascal support were coming this month - some say there's beta Pascal card support in this driver.)
FYI: Bill S. wrote that the f01 driver doesn't support the "Night Shift" feature in macOS 10.12.4.
Update: On April 20, 2017 they posted Driver v378.05.05.05f02 for macOS 10.12.4 (16E195). Bill later wrote the F02 driver does support 'Night Shift' mode. He also sent f02 driver benchmarks using a GTX-1050 Ti (pascal) card in his 'hackintosh'.
