" Don't know if anybody else has seen this, but apparently Motorola has 'official' 600 MHz pre-production G4's... as seen in this PDF.

It also lists errata (chip bugs), the new power usage (8W typical, 16W maximum), and a bunch of other tech stuff that I will let you read on your own (Grin).

It should also be noted that while this PDF is dated internally as being created in October, it actually wasn't posted to Motorola's site until Dec. 5.
