"We'll be blogging on this too. OS X currently only recognizes up to 32GB.
OS X Server does recognize more than 32GB - but we're not done testing under Server (will be in blog later today though) to make 64GB official yet.

Bottom line is that currently can use a max of 32GB under the latest Apple OS 10.6.2 non-server version - and installing more than 32GB offers no benefit due to this standard OS limitation.
