Info on changes/fixes from the Download page. (Enterprise changes are in "About" doc below.)
"The macOS Sierra 10.12.2 update improves the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac, and is recommended for all users.
This update:

- Improves setup and reliability of Auto Unlock

- Resolves graphics issues on MacBook Pro (October 2016) computers

- Fixes issue where System Integrity Protection was disabled on some 2016 MacBook Pros

- Improves setup and opt-out experience for iCloud Desktop and Documents

- Fixes an issue with the delivery of Optimized Storage alerts

- Improves audio quality when using Siri and FaceTime with Bluetooth headphones

- Improves the stability of Photos when creating and ordering books

- Allows addition of a Chinese Trackpad Handwriting button to the Touch Bar Control Strip

- Adds support for taking screenshots of Touch Bar using Grab app or Cmd-Shift-6 shortcut

- Fixes an issue that caused the Touch Bar emoji picker to appear on the display

- Fixes an issue where incoming Mail messages did not appear when using a Microsoft Exchange account

- Fixes an issue that prevented installation of Safari Extensions downloaded outside the Safari Extensions Gallery

- Adds support for new installations of Windows 8 and Windows 7 using Boot Camp on supported Macs"
(Reportedly 10.12.2 removed the battery estimated time remaining, some say in response to complaints on estimated run time with new MBPros. As mentioned last week, also some posts in Apple's MBPro forum on battery not charging.)

FYI: Some users of external boot drives (like Promise's Pegasus 2 RAID) reported they Can't boot from external drive after 10.12.2 update. Dec. 8th news had revised Apple doc on How to set up and use an external Mac startup disk that had (later removed) a section down the page "If you can't select your startup disk or start up from it". That section had a note on third-party external devices that use Option ROM firmware and how to turn off a new security feature (not loading option rom) via keystrokes at each boot or via a terminal command (for Early 2015 and older Macs). I kept a copy of the original info here, but it may no longer apply in later OS Updates or Mac models.

Update: On Jan, 17th, 2017 Apple posted a different URL for Security Update 2016-003 (OS X 10.11.6) download that I assume includes the Jan. 17th, 2017 Security Update 2016-003 Supplemental (10.11.6) which has this note on the D/L page:

"The OS X El Capitan Security Update 2016-003 Supplemental Update fixes a kernel issue that may cause your Mac to occasionally become unresponsive."
Threads in Apple's El Capitan forum had reported graphics driver problems ("kernel: stalling for detach...") after the original Security Update 2016-003, which the supplement is supposed to address.

FYI on Nvidia Driver Updates: Users of Nvidia's web drivers should know that new OS X updates (versions or later build numbers after Security Updates) break any currently installed Nvidia web graphics driver. (Some non-Mac EFI cards are not supported by default OS X drivers.) Nvidia web driver updates usually appear first in Nvidia's driver prefs update check.
Since CUDA 8.x doesn't list OS X 10.10.x support, I'm curious if CUDA 7.5.30 will need to be updated for the new graphics driver.
(Update: See Dec. 14th/15th news for Nvidia CUDA 8.0.57 and web Graphics driver updates for macOS Sierra 10.12.2 and new builds of OS X 10.10.5/10.11.6 after installing the above Security updates.)
FYI: For later drivers, see our Mac Nvidia Driver Downloads page.
