"Important Notice for Users Running SoftRAID Version 5.0.5:
We discovered a data corruption bug in SoftRAID version 5.0.5. This bug only affects SoftRAID volumes which have been rebuilt and has been fixed in version 5.0.6. If you currently running version 5.0.5, please upgrade to version 5.0.6 as soon as possible.

After upgrading to version 5.0.6, you can Validate each of your SoftRAID volumes to ensure all the parity and mirror data is correct. To validate a volume, run the SoftRAID application, click on the volume tile for the volume and select "Validate" from the "Volume" menu.
