"CUDA Application Support:
In order to run macOS Applications that leverage the CUDA architecture of certain NVIDIA graphics cards, users will need to download and install a compatible CUDA driver. CUDA driver which supports macOS Sierra 10.12.2 will be available at a later date. (The above note also appeared on the previous f01 driver for 10.12.2. Nvidia posted CUDA 8.0.57 on Dec. 15th, 2016 with support for 10.12.2/previous f01 driver but I'm not able to test if it works with f02. See below for reader reply.)

FYI: A reader (Thanks Jack) replied about CUDA 8.0.57 with this driver update in 10.12.2:
"Nvidia Graphics Driver Update 367.15.10.25f02 for macOS Sierra 10.12.2
Just installed the update in my MacPro 5,1 (2010), which the page says this is for. The Cuda driver is still the previous one, and it's not complaining (like it does sometimes when you upgrade the driver) so I think it's OK.
- Jack"
(I've added this update to the video topics page which has previous Nvidia driver updates for 10.12.2, 10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.10.5, 10.9.5, and the current and previous CUDA versions.)

Disabling UHD Color on the HDMI port solved it, but wasn't a problem previously.
(Disabling UHD on HDMI Port also a tip for 3D Blu-Ray problems with Oppo 83/93.)
