Mike, Spotted your posting on the (2010) Mac mini hard drive temperature sensor cable.
You also mention that the latest iMacs also make use of the built in sensor on the hard drive in place of a separate one. (referring to OWC blog post from Nov 2009 which has notes about the brand specific cables, compatible drives, etc.-Mike) I was 99% sure that the various cables were available to order. I checked the iMac Service Manual (new Mac mini manuals not available yet) and they certainly are. There is also specific info for attaching the cable to the correct group of pins.
