"Subject: Help needed for a new Mac game
(Hope you remember me - I'm that guy with the "Ghost Recon: Heroes Unleashed" mod.) I've been a fanatical Mac user since the late 80s, come hell or high water. I am also an avid Mac gamer, and that hasn't always been easy. Even now that our beloved Mac is so much more present, it is still largely ignored by most game developers.
Now there is an indie game dev at Kickstarter.com (crowd-sourced funding) trying to make a truly realistic tactical FPS for Mac (and PC) called "Ground Branch" that will be a spiritual successor of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six (don't know if you remember how huge those game were on Mac back in the day).

For over 10 years there hasn't been a game like this! While the PC crowd at least had some semi-comparable titles like ArmA, Operation Flashpoint, and VBS, Mac fans have been completely left out in the cold for over a decade.
So I am desperately asking you to run a news story on this game's Kickstarter campaign and to help spread the word among the Mac community. There's just 8 more days (ends Jul 6, 6:56pm EDT) to collect enough pledges for the game to be made, and they have only received a little over 20% of the required funding thus far, so it won't be easy. If there's anyone able to make this happen, it's us, the Mac heads!
