(FYI: Some readers have asked about sources for 27in iMacs (2011), especially Core i7 models with 1GB or 2GB vram option. They always seem to sell out within hours of posting but as of Sunday 2PM Eastern Time, Apple's Refurbished 27in iMacs page had 3, including a 3.4GHz Core i7/1TB/4GB RAM/1GB vram AMD 6970M ($1789 US). Not sure if they have more than one and they may be gone by the time you read this. [As of 5PM Sunday the Core i7 sold out, and later all but the Core i5.])
(Update: On Monday 7PM, the same 3 appeared again. By Tues noon, Core i7 sold out.)
