Download Nvidia CUDA 8.0.53 Update (supports macOS 10.12.1)
Info from the Nov. 22nd CUDA 8.0.53 for OS X download page:
(Other than CUDA version, same info as v8.0.51 from Nov 2nd.)
"New Release 8.0.53
  • CUDA driver update to support macOS 10.12 and NVIDIA display driver 367.15.10.15f01. (That's the driver for Sierra 10.12.1 (16B2555) released Oct. 25th, *but* there's a Nov 4th 367.15.10.15f03 driver for macOS Sierra 10.12.1 build 16B2657.)

    Supported MAC OS X 10.12.x and 10.11.x

An alternative method to download the latest CUDA driver is within Mac OS environment. Access the latest driver through System Preferences > Other > CUDA. Click 'Install CUDA Update' Supports all NVIDIA products available on Mac HW.

Note: this driver does not support the older generation GPUs with compute capability 1.x. To find out the compute capability of your GPU, consult the following links:

  • I've added this to the Video topics page, which also has links to current drivers for OS X 10.11.6 and 10.10.5 builds after recent security update installed. (Previous CUDA versions are available at Mac CUDA Drivers Archive.)
